i.e. If you have the permanentChristopher Smith Hardcore Pack, you can use this service and request a permanent Perdo Gomes Hardcore Pack. We will then replace the Christopher Smith Hardcore Pack with the Pedro Gomes Hardcore Pack.
Equipment (e. g. Wolf-look and Chistmas-look) cannot be exchanged with this service. It is ONLY for Hardcore Packs.
IMPORTANT: Purchasing one service enables you to use it on one Pack. If you have more Packs, you need to purchase more services.
